The view from our room was extraordinary, offering breathtaking landscapes. The staff's proactive assistance made our stay even better, such as helping with my tax situation upon arrival. Additionally, the food quality exceeded our expectations, pleasantly surprising us with every meal we had.

The room was comfortable and clean, but it faced the parking lot which was kinda noisy. No coffee or tea facilities, so you have to go to the lounge for that. It had nice decor and was spacious, but overall it just didn’t match the vibe of the rest of the hotel’s luxury. Breakfast was good, though!

Each morning, I awoke to a breathtaking view of the Torres del Paine mountains, instantly rejuvenating my spirit. The cozy bar felt like a hidden gem.

However, the maid service faltered, missing basic tasks like replacing towels and glasses. The bathroom was smaller than expected and left a bit to be desired.

We loved the spa services and enjoyed relaxing evenings at the lovely pool with stunning views. The packed lunches were perfect for our hikes.
